Is it just me, or did 2010 fly by? I’m experiencing some serious NYE deja vu. Marked particularly in continuing my New Years tradition of celebrating with dressing up, drinking champagne, consuming ridiculous amounts of sushi with my boyfriend, and the evening will most likely end with me asleep before the ball drops at midnight. New Years Eve is not my favorite holiday as it makes me feel like Kate Hudson, and all the other characters in 200 Cigarettes, as seen here. However, I love the idea of new beginnings. 2010 has been a great year, with the debut of my blog and all of your wonderful support. I can’t wait to see what 2011 has to offer. I don’t know what your plans are for this evening, but if you are stumped for what to do for your makeup may I recommend the classic red lip, or the sexy and iconic smoky eye, or try the festive and flattering gilded touch that only gold can provide. Any of those looks will guarantee that you are sitting pretty come time for your New Years kiss. Thank you for a fantastic year, here’s to an even better one! xoB
