Jennifer Lopez Eye Makeup Look 1

  1. Moisturize and use primer to prep your skin for makeup. Using a foundation brush or your fingers apply your foundation from the center of your face, blending downward and outward. Apply concealer with a concealer brush or fingers over and under the eyes and wherever additional coverage is needed. Using a large fluffy brush, set your makeup with the pressed powder.
  2. Using a powder brush apply bronzer everywhere the sun would hit you naturally. Blend it over your temple, cheekbones, and chin in a 3 shape alongside your face. Blend it over your forehead, nose, and neck as well. Smile to find the apple of your cheeks and apply your blush, blending softly up into the hairline for a natural flush. Apply Hush and Pearl Cream Colour Bases on the cheekbone to highlight and sculpt the features.
  3. Using a synthetic bristle eye shadow brush apply M.A.C. Paint all over the eye from lash line to brow bone, and also on the inner corners of the eyes. Apply a mixture of Patina and Satin Taupe on the lid and up to the crease, extending out to the outer edge in an extended, slightly cat eye shape. Using a pencil and blending brush, blend a matte dark brown shade, like Brun into the crease and extend the shape out and toward the temples and edge of the eyebrows until you achieve the desired shape and look.
  4. Line the upper lash line with a thin line of black eye liner. Line the wet line of the lower lash line with a nude pencil to make the eyes appear larger and brighter.
  5. Apply Phloof and Dazzlelight to the tear ducts and brow bone to highlight.
  6. Use a pencil brush to apply Handwritten and Swiss Chocolate eye shadows to the lower lash line, smudging into the lower lash lines, smoking out the line and blending the two shades together to achieve the desired effect.
  7. Curl your lashes with a metal eyelash curler. Get as far back to the eyelid as possible (without pinching!) and pump the curler for ten seconds to really lock in the curl. Apply mascara to the upper and lower lashes, getting as far back to the root of the lashes as possible for a thick, rich look.
  8. Using tweezers, carefully remove the lashes. Don’t be afraid to cut them first to fit your eye shape. Apply glue to the base of the lashes, wait twenty seconds for the glue to become tacky, and then apply the lashes from the outer corner of your eye first and working your way in. You want to place lashes just on top of your own natural lashes; you can hold them in place and give them a moment to set up before you proceed. Follow the same procedure for the bottom lashes using M.A.C. 33, making sure to flip them over with the shorter lashes starting at the inner corners.
  9. Use a synthetic bristle angle brush to lightly fill in your brows with M.A.C. eye shadow in Wedge.
  10. Line the lips with a lip pencil that matches your lip color like Subculture lip pencil. Apply Hue lipstick and top with Enchantress lipgloss.
