Lady Gaga is nude and I couldn’t be more excited about it. Not nude like the cover of Vanity Fair, but her new lipstick for M.A.C. is a nude color. This is the first time M.A.C. has done a nude color for their Viva Glam campaign and I’m thrilled. I first told you about the 2011 Viva Glam collaboration with Lady Gaga here, but the color has just been released. Nude lipsticks or lip glosses are a makeup must have. They are the perfect lip complement when your eyes are the main focus. Smoky eyes and a pale lip are a classic combination that will never be out of style. A nude lip gives you a sex kittenish pout. The most flattering nude lipsticks are slightly pink, flecked with shimmer, and shiny.

I’m constantly recommending nude lip colors to my clients and I’m excited that I can now refer them to a beautiful lipstick that will benefit men, women, and children affected by HIV and AIDS. The M.A.C. Viva Glam campaign has risen over $190 million since its conception in 1994. I know that The Fame Monster will continue this success.
The new M.A.C. Viva Glam Gaga II will hit stores on February 17th in the US and Canada and launch internationally in March.

I love nude lipstick! I’m currently using the Nars Belle du Jour and I’m pretty pleased with it.
My honest opinion about Lady Gaga is that obviously she has lots of personality but I don’t see her being the image of MAC. Maybe I’m wrong and that is exactly supposed to benefit the brand, but I just don’t see her selling “beauty”. At least not for me.

It will benefit the brand tremendously. Any attention is good attention for brand awareness. I can’t wait to smell her ‘Blood and seman’ scented perfume.

i love her, but i’m curious on this shade for her….she doesn’t seem like a nude lipstick type of girl, lol. i just think bright and bold when i think of her….not really cafe au lait
