Liquid Refreshment

If you’re out in this heat and need an all natural pick-me-up try this icy combo in a spray bottle: sliced organic cucumbers + ice + filtered water = liquid refreshment. Take it poolside, take it anywhere! If you really want to up the brr factor, throw in some fresh mint. Cucumbers are comprised of mostly water (90%) and they contain Vitamin C and caffeic acid. These nutrients reduce swelling and soothe skin irritations. It also makes for a delicious summer drink. Enjoy!

  2. haha Katie you are hysterical! Try bathing in a hot bath with a cup of Epsom salts, make sure to sip lemon water all the while to replenish (lemon is a natural diuretic). Body wraps at day spas can help too, but banishing salt, added sodium, and caffeine from your diet will be the real fix. xoB
