I love long hair. I love the look of it. I love its versatility. Let me preface by saying I am not a fan of Crystal Gayle length hair. I feel that if you can sit on your hair it is too long {in my humble opinion}. I dislike hair that is long but unhealthy looking, with see through ratty ends that are just begging for a trim. But when hair is long and illustrious? L-o-v-e. Having thick {Chewbacca} hair, I actually require length to weigh it down a bit and prevent the dreaded pouf. I’m not complaining, although I often do as I go through ridiculous amounts of conditioner, I love when my hair is long. I love the feel of it tumbling down my back, it makes me feel feminine. At the risk of sounding like a Shania Twain song, it makes me feel womanly. I am thisclose to my ideal length, and with time, patience, and a lot of vitamins I hope to get there soon. However, I suffer from hair ADHD. I’m sure it will only be matter of time before I’m itching to make a change and chop. Until then, here are some of my favorite celebrity long and lovely locks.

What about you, do you love long hair?
I love long hair…but only if it suits the person and looks healthy. I personally like to wear it long with bangs because I think it goes better for my round face and age.

I only love long hair if it’s healthy! It has to be healthy otherwise it looks awful!
