SPF PSA

It’s time for 4th of July celebrations! So, it’s time for a BreBeauty SPF PSA! Before you fire up the grill make sure you are protecting your skin. Apply SPF before you get dressed so you don’t miss any areas, and you need to apply it BEFORE you go outside because SPF needs a good 20 minutes to sink in. Burns are NOT a good thing, whether it be your hamburger or your skin. Prevention will go a long way this summer!

Be sure and use the proper amount when applying your sunscreen. You need a shot glass sized amount for your body. Be liberal (maybe not as liberal as Heidi Klum up there), this is your skin we’re talking about! Lines, wrinkles, sun spots, and skin cancer oh my! Prevention is KEY. Oh, and that shot glass is only for your body. For your face you’ll need another teaspoon. Sounds like a lot but it’s what you need to do. You’ll thank me in 30 years when you don’t look like a barbecued speed bag! AKA Snookie
