You Are What You Eat

If you want healthy, clear, radiant, moist skin you are NOT going to find it at the bottom of a Cheetos bag *cough cough* Brit Brit. Food is fuel. You only get what you put in. You want to eat fresh and colorful fruits and vegetables, drink lots of water, and avoid processed foods. Make smart, healthful choices. Take advantage of what is in season and local. Look for color and variety on your plate, think ROYGBIV. If your plate is boring and beige, it’s not good for you. Don’t beat yourself up either, every meal is an opportunity to eat better. Need some extra insurance if your diet is not so hot? Take a daily multivitamin and supplements that ensure healthy skin and with consistent use, you’ll be glowing in a month.
